jilliee is strictly for players 21 years old and above as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. Underage accounts are closed immediately and all funds returned. Identity verification is required before withdrawals.
Each player may hold only one jilliee account. Duplicate accounts are terminated, and bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are forfeited without compensation. Contact support to recover a lost account instead of creating a new one.
All bonuses and promotions on jilliee are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, time limits, and maximum withdrawal conditions. Bonus terms are published on the Promotions page for each offer.
jilliee is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. Submitting false identity documents, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another individual results in immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilliee account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jilliee employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
Before processing any withdrawal, jilliee is required to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport. jilliee may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests will be suspended pending successful KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliee login credentials. You agree to notify jilliee immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilliee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. jilliee staff will never request your password via any communication channel.
jilliee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-focused payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts, as well as applicable processing times, are detailed in the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. jilliee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made using methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder are subject to suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds; and (d) internal fraud and security reviews. jilliee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
All transactions on the jilliee Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game result, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. jilliee's decision on game disputes is final.

All content on the jilliee Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jilliee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jilliee.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilliee does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.
jilliee's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by jilliee's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to jilliee's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalized service delivery.
jilliee reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the jilliee Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to first submit a written complaint to jilliee's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for jilliee to investigate and respond.
